This luxury home is located at Solterra which is approximately 20-25 minutes to Disney. The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children's playground and picnic area.

The entrance leads into a dining room and an open-plan lounge and kitchen is ahead. The kitchen features dark wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite worktops and a breakfast bar. The lounge is adjacent and has a door to the pool. There is a master bedroom downstairs and the remaining rooms are upstairs. Also upstairs is a second living area with additional sofa and corner suite and a wall mounted, flat screen TV.

The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, air hockey and foosball table.

The pool faces south and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added.
