Visa & entrance requirements to the United States of America

 Visa - British passport holders will gain an automatic 3 month tourist visa upon entrance to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program. Please be aware that there are exceptions to this rule which could affect your entrance to the United States. If you have a criminal record or if you have any doubt that you will not be granted an automatic visa then you must call the US Embassy to arrange a meeting, before you book your holiday, as we will are unable to refund deposits on holidays already booked. If you would have paid in full and you are travelling within 10 weeks, the full holiday cost will be non-refundable. 

 You must also be aware that it can take months for the US Embassy to arrange a visa meeting, and I would advise for you to contact them at least 12 months prior to departure. Your Florida Holiday is not responsible for a client failing to check their visa requirements and/or a meeting not being arranged in time. 

 ESTA - It is essential that you complete an ESTA form at least 3 days prior to departure or you may be refused entrance to the United States. It will cost you approx £10-12 per person to apply for your ESTA, which will then run for two years from your date of application.  Guest Registration

 For all guests residing in a villa/condo or Townhome you will be required to sign and return a Guest Registration Form as part of Florida State Law. Details will be provided to you at least 8 weeks prior to your departure.
