This 2 storey executive home is located at Calabay Parc, a popular development located on Highway 27, approximately 9 miles from Disney. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive.

As you walk through the front door of this property you will notice the open floor-plan of the home. The living room has a large L-shaped modern sectional  sofa and a large flat screen TV and a door to the pool. Just behind the living room is the dining room, which has seating for up to eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped, has modern appliances, and has a stand-up breakfast bar; there is a utility room with a washer and dryer.

The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There are no rear neighbours and is relatively private from the villas either side with shrubs.
