This luxury home is located in the gated resort of Solterra - resort amenities include:

The accommodation is on 2 levels; as you enter the home there is a formal living area on the right with 2 leather sofas and a dining table and chairs. Further ahead is the main lounge with corner leather sofa and  flat screen TV. Adjacent to the lounge is a fully equipped  kitchen with granite worktops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar and a door to the pool.

There is a theatre style room with a 55 inch TV upstairs.

The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added.
