This lovely home is located at Solterra which is approximately 20 -25 minutes to Disney. The accommodation is on 2 levels and all bedrooms have a TV.

The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children's playground and picnic area.

This 2 storey home features a fully equipped kitchen with stylish granite work tops and stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Adjacent is the lounge with a 60 inch TV and a door to the pool. There is a master bedroom downstairs and a second master and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. Also upstairs is a loft with additional sofas and a TV.

The pool deck has a conservation/water view and faces south-west. The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added.

There is also a shaded lanai and outdoor table and seating.
