This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa located close to grocery stores/restaurants and only 15 minutes from Disney attractions.  There are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and the whole house is bright, airy and pleasingly decorated.  Master bedroom has a king size bed, large double closet, 20” TV, patio doors to the pool area and en-suite bathroom with corner tub, separate shower cubicle, twin basins, WC and door to pool area.  Bedroom 2 has full size bed, double closet and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, single basin and WC.  Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and double closet and one room has a 14” TV.  Family bathroom with bath/shower, single basin and WC. 

The living area has two 3 seater sofas, 24” TV, DVD player and patio doors to the pool area.  Dining area seats 6 people.  Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit and large American fridge/freezer.  Separate utility room with washer and dryer.  Breakfast nook seating 4. 

The fully screened in swimming pool and spa are mostly surrounded by dense hedges for a great deal of privacy and the wide patio deck has a table seating 4 and 2 sun chairs with footstools.  There is a double garage as well as off street parking for 2 cars.  Free WIFI and long distance calling
