Sassagoula Floatworks & Food Factory

Huge icons reminiscent of Mardi Gras parades including ice-cream cones, jester masks, and oversize beads hang high above diners in this casual food court with a warehouse motif. Menu items include a choice of Creole or American dishes, and dining is self-serve in style. Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. 

Sassagoula Pizza Express

Pizza is available for room service during evening hours. 

Scat Cat’s Club

Located off the lobby, this jazz-themed club features cocktails, soft drinks, and specialty drinks. 

Mardi Grogs Pool Bar

Specialty drinks, soft drinks, and light snacks are served poolside, weather permitting.
