Another lovely house set on the upscale Tuscan Hills development, which is a gated community with clubhouse that has fitness center, games room, TV room, internet room, tennis courts, children’s play area and beach volleyball court.  This villa is set on one level and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  There are two master suites; the first has a queen bed, walk in closet, patio door to pool area, TV and en-suite bathroom with oval tub, separate shower, twin basins and WC.  The second has queen size bed, closet, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC.  Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds, double closet and a TV.  Family bathroom has bath/shower, basin and WC.  there is a spacious and comfortable family living area with 3 seater sofa (sofa bed), loveseat, armchair, 36” TV, DVD player and patio doors to the pool area.  The fully equipped kitchen includes electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser and bar seating for 2 people.  There is a dining area seating 8.  Utility room with washer and dryer.  Garage for 2 cars.  Outside there is a fully screened in pool and jacuzzi with good sized patio deck backing onto pine woodland and surrounded by hedges for almost complete privacy.  There is a patio table seating 4 and 4 sun loungers.  Grocery stores/restaurants are within 5 minute drive and the Disney attractions are only 15 minutes away.  There is an open air mall about 10 minutes further along the road.
